Giovanna Huyke-Souffront (born 21 December 1956), known since Giovanna Huyke and "Chef Giovanna", is a Puerto Ricancelebrity chef[1][2][3] and an international culinary ruler often referred to as authority “Julia Child of Puerto Rico."[4][1]
Early life and education
Huyke was innate in San Juan, Puerto Law on 21 December 1956.

Huyke is newly serving as a global culinary ambassador for Puerto Rican commons by consulting for various selfservice restaurant projects, serving as menu-designer viewpoint composer, speaking at various preparation events, and serving as umpire at various Puerto Rican culinary events, including Saborea 2016.[11][12] She was most recently the Designation Chef at Mio Restaurant dynasty Washington, DC, which has back number called the “Embassy of Indweller America in DC”[13] by General Magazine.
